Mark T. Rolewski, CEO
For the past twenty years, Mark has worked across the United States assisting educational leaders in implementing major reform efforts and helping them develop and strengthen their skills in increasing student achievement by influencing the quality of instruction. As a former public school teacher, turnaround principal, central office administrator, Director of Leadership at the Success For All Foundation and the Director of Dissemination of Leadership Research at the Center for Data-Driven Reform in Education (CDDRE) at Johns Hopkins University, Mark provides a unique balance of practice and theory. His areas of expertise include instructional leadership, quality instruction, teacher evaluation, poverty education, the neuroscience of learning, data-driven decision-making, organizational development, teacher collaboration and change theory.

Cindy is also an educator and taught reading, English and technology at the middle school level for over 33 years, working primarily in Title 1 schools. In 2010, she was a Teacher of the Year Ambassador for Excellence for the state of Arizona. She has also taught educational technology and technology integration to classroom teachers and pre-service teachers for 18 years, with a focus on increasing literacy.
